Report a Policy Violation
As someone who has always prided herself on giving credit where it is due, it really boils my blood to see so many people on DA who really don't seem to give a damn about copyright infringements. So, I have written a sort of FAQ's of different issues I have come across. I know that a bunch of articles have been written about this subject, but I feel that I should do all that I can to help.

My first real painting! A couple of weeks ago we had a team-building effort at work, where we all had to paint logos onto canvas for our pub. It was basically copying a pic, which was traced onto the canvas beforehand. It really stoked my desire to paint something for my own enjoyment, and this is it! No tracing, no copying, just acrylic, my thoughts, imagination and experience down on canvas. It's not a masterpiece, but I'm really happy with it.
What motivated me thematically was the bittersweet sense of loss and love, joy and sorrow that's been going on in my life. I don't know if it shows in the painting, but it reminds me of that and that pleases me... |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
